This Isn't a To-Do List. It's a Family System.

Most habit apps track workouts. Wellhome tracks the whole picture — the habits you want to build, and the ones you're ready to let go of. Exercise, meals, supplements, and movement, alongside screen time limits, TV boundaries, and breaking the patterns that don't serve you anymore.

It's accountability for you, and accountability for your family — together. Beyond the basics, Wellhome makes room for what actually holds a family together: an hour outdoors, undistracted time with your kids, real date time with your partner, and yes, the everyday stuff too — laundry, chores, keeping a room clean.

And because everyone's routine lives in one shared dashboard, you can see exactly where your family is thriving and where it needs more attention — not to judge, but to grow. Think 75 Hard meets your to-do list meets the family you always wanted to build.

Build the habits you want

Let go of the ones you don't

Individual accountability

Family accountability, together

Starts as a simple task app — becomes your whole life.

Wellhome is built to be as simple or as detailed as you want. At its core it's a simple daily task app — check things off, keep a streak, stay on track. But it's designed to grow into your own personal hub, or your family's hub, where you can get as specific as you need. Add grocery lists, notes, family to-dos, and personal self-care routines so dialed-in you can embed the exact workout video for your exercise session depending on the day of the week.

It can be as specific as adding embedded videos, notes and photos you want to have handy, with reminders that fire at the right time block. What starts as something simple — tasks and routines — quietly becomes your whole-life accountability.

It's a blend of notes meets tasks, reminders meets daily routines, time-blocking planner meets a family organizer meets a habit tracker. Your day broken into real time blocks, your supplements and routines built in, your whole progress in one place — so now, there's no forgetting to do things.

Everyone checks in their own way.

Wellhome lives in the cloud, not in one browser — so every check-in shows up everywhere, instantly, for the whole household. Time-block reminders and daily mindset nudges fire as real push notifications too, even on a device left open all day — no reopening the app to stay on track.

On their own device

Each person can log their routine, water and habits from their own phone or tablet. Sign in once and their profile is right there — progress syncs to the family dashboard the moment they tap.

Or one shared device at home

Leave an iPad on the kitchen counter and let everyone use the same device. Tap a face, log the check-in, go back to the family view — perfect for kids who don't have a phone yet.

A little friendly competition — everybody wins.

Wellhome turns wellness into the sweetest kind of sibling rivalry. You're chasing your brother's streak, he's trying to out-hydrate your sister, and somewhere in the middle of all that trash talk everyone is drinking more water, moving more, sleeping better and showing up as the best version of themselves. It's the only competition where the whole family takes home the trophy.

Weekly family leaderboard

See who's on top this week — bragging rights included, reset every Monday.

Streaks worth defending

Nobody wants to be the one who breaks their streak first. Suddenly the 8pm walk happens.

Everyone levels up

You compete against yesterday's you. Winning means you actually got better.

Cheer, don't shame

Gentle nudges and quiet celebrations — no red streaks, no guilt, just momentum.

Wellness pillars

Your whole life, in six pillars.

Every task in Wellhome is tagged to one of six pillars — movement, nourishment, hydration, mental wellness, self care and family time — so your insights reflect the whole picture, not just "did you check things off." On your own profile, tap any pillar card to see exactly which tasks you completed for it this week. The family and friends hubs roll everyone's pillars up together, calling out where the household is thriving and which pillar needs a little more love — without exposing anyone's private task list.

Movement

Workouts, walks, lymphatic drainage — anything that gets the body going.

Nourishment

Meals, supplements, and the food choices that fuel the day.

Hydration

Every ounce logged, bottle by bottle, toward your daily goal.

Mental wellness

Mindset nudges, wind-downs, and the moments that reset your head.

Self care

Skincare, supplements, downtime — the things that keep you you.

Family time

An hour outdoors, undistracted time with the kids, real date time.

Daily mindset & manifestation

A healthy mindset, delivered daily.

Wellness isn't only about the body — it's about the mind you bring to the day. Wellhome sends a short, positive manifestation to adult profiles throughout the day: a healthy mindset nudge in the morning, a midday reset, and an evening wind-down. Gentle, never pushy, and easy to turn off in each profile's settings. WellHome understands that sometimes becoming the best version of yourself comes through manifesting your new reality, which is why it's a key component of the app. These aren't just in-app banners — they arrive as real push notifications, so even a phone or tablet left open on the counter gets the nudge at the right moment.

Built for families first — flexible enough for anyone.

Wellhome is one app, not three. It was made for households, but the same routines, streaks and shared dashboard work just as well for a friend group keeping each other honest — or for one person building better habits solo. Pick the version that fits your life; you can switch how you use it any time.

Wellhome Family Wellness

One shared household login covers up to 4 profiles — parents, kids, whoever lives under your roof. Everyone checks off their own time-blocked routine from any phone, tablet or the family iPad on the counter, and the shared dashboard rolls the whole day up in one place. Extra profiles are $5 a month each, so a bigger house never means a second subscription.

Just you — plus friends if you want · $9.99 / mo

Wellhome My Wellness

One private login built for becoming the best version of yourself: a morning-to-night routine you can actually keep, supplements, hydration, streaks, trends and health pillars. Want accountability? In settings you can share an invite code with friends — each on their own $9.99 account — and that unlocks a Friends Insights tab with a leaderboard, badges and movement, nourishment and hydration scores, plus a shared Friends bulletin board with checklists, sticky notes and media pins where you can drop a video, leave a note and @mention a friend. Your routines stay private either way.

Every version has every feature — the only difference is who logs in with you. Solo & Friends is one plan: a fully private individual account, with friend insights unlocked the moment you connect with someone. Family shares one login across the household.

Shared lists for families

One list, on everyone's profile.

Build a list once in household settings — a grocery run, a chore rota, an important note the whole family needs to see — and choose exactly whose profiles it shows up on. It appears as a tiny circle next to their toggles, expands into the full list with a tap, and collapses back out of the way. Perfect for sharing grocery lists, to-dos, or anything the family needs to keep front of mind.

For nannies, au pairs & family caregivers

A hub for whoever is with the kids.

If a nanny, au pair, sitter, grandparent, friend or another family member helps run your house, Wellhome gives them one place to see how the day is supposed to go. They can follow each child's routine, check things off in real time, and see where everyone is at — no group texts, no sticky notes.

Inside the Family hub there's a Household handbook — written once and always there. It's not just free-form notes, though; each entry is formatted for what it is. How-tos become numbered, nested steps (Step 1, 2, with lettered sub-steps) so "how to prep the bottle" reads like a real guide. House rules are auto-numbered. Contacts hold a name, address, phone and a circle photo, with starred ones pinned to the top as your emergency list. There are checklists that auto-sort completed items to the bottom — including a grocery list split into Refrigerated, Fruits & Veggies, and Other. Bedtime steps, allergy notes, which pediatrician to call, how the alarm works, what to do on early-release days — every note can hold an uploaded image or an embedded video too. New helper starting Monday? Everything they need to know is already in the app.

PIN-protected privacy

Everyone's routine is their own.

On a shared device — the family iPad, a nanny's phone — not everything should be open to everyone. Lock any profile, the family insights, or the family settings behind a PIN, and a sibling, caregiver or guest can't peek at someone else's private routine or numbers. Turn it on, turn it off, or change the code any time — the current PIN is always required first, and a forgotten PIN can be reset by email. It's privacy built for the way real families actually share a device.

What's inside

Everything below is part of Wellhome today — and included in every plan.

Time-blocked daily routines

Each person gets their own routine split into morning, midday, evening and night blocks that advance as the day goes on.

Detailed tracker

Track anything to a tee — supplements, specific workouts, skincare routines like cleansing to exfoliating — with detailed steps, sets, and weekday/weekend variants so the schedule matches real life.

Custom toggles & conditional tasks

Turn whole blocks or sections on and off with toggles — period mode, travel days, rest days — and tasks appear only when they apply.

Kid-friendly mode

Switch any profile to kid mode for bigger tap targets, playful type, celebration animations and age-appropriate hydration goals.

Hydration tracking

A visual bottle that fills as water is logged, with adjustable daily goals and tap amounts for every family member.

Family-wide progress view

One shared dashboard with everyone's completion, 7-day trend chart, 30-day consistency heatmaps, streaks and milestones.

Personal wellness pillars

Every task is tagged to a pillar — movement, nourishment, hydration, mental wellness, self care, family time — so your insights reflect the whole picture. On your own profile, tap any pillar to see exactly which tasks you completed for it.

PIN-protected privacy

Lock any profile, the family insights, or the family settings behind a PIN — so a sibling, nanny or shared-device user can't peek at someone else's private routine. Change it any time, with the current PIN required first.

Real push notifications

Time-block reminders, golden-hour alerts and daily mindset nudges fire as real push notifications — even on a device left open all day. They keep going on their own, no need to reopen the app.

Friends bulletin board

Friend groups get a shared board with checklists, sticky notes and media pins — drop a video, leave a note, @mention a friend and they get a nudge. It's a little shared space, on top of the insights leaderboard.

How it works

Product walkthrough

Video coming soon — a short tour of the family dashboard, routines and trackers.

  1. 01

    Create your household account

One email and password for the whole family — no separate logins per person.

  2. 02

Set up each family member's routine

Add profiles, tasks, time blocks, supplements and toggles for each person.

  3. 03

Everyone checks in — own device or one shared one

Any phone or tablet signs in with the shared household login, or keep one main family device (like an iPad on the counter) everyone uses to log progress.

  4. 04

See the whole family's progress together

The family dashboard rolls up everyone's day into one shared view.

What you get with Family that four separate logins can't give you.

Family isn't four Solo accounts in a bundle — it's a household hub. Everything below is shared: it only exists when everyone lives under one account.

One family dashboard, not four separate apps

Everyone's day rolls up into one shared view — completion, 7-day trends, 30-day consistency heatmaps, streaks and milestones for the whole house. Four Solo logins can never see each other.

Household handbook for nannies, au pairs, family & friends

How-tos with numbered steps, house rules, contacts with photos and starred emergency numbers, schedules with time ranges, checklists and a grocery list split into refrigerated, fruits & veggies and other. Whoever is watching the kids has everything in one place.

Shared lists the whole house edits

Groceries, errands, packing, chores — shared lists everyone can tick off from any device, reorderable and always in sync.

Kid profiles built for kids

Kid mode with bigger tap targets, celebrations and age-appropriate hydration goals — plus parent-controlled routines kids just follow.

PIN privacy on a shared device

Lock any profile, the family insights or family settings behind a PIN, so a sibling or caregiver on the counter iPad can't peek at someone else's routine.

One login, every device

The counter iPad, each parent's phone, a kid's tablet — one shared email and password, and each device can be assigned to the profile that uses it, with its own reminders.

One shared login covers up to 4 profiles; each extra profile is $5 / month.

Two ways to pay for it

Every plan includes every personal feature — the difference is what the household plan unlocks on top: the family dashboard, the household handbook and shared lists, which separate Solo logins can never see. Solo and Friends are the same $9.99 plan; connecting friends just unlocks the shared insights tab. Pay monthly, or yearly and get about two months free. Cancel any time.
